Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and can’t make with NoScrubsVideo, how we check videos, and how to report a problem.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uploads a photo or makes a video with NoScrubsVideo. It is part of our Terms of Service. NoScrubsVideo makes short dance videos from photos of adults who agreed to appear. It is not a tool for impersonating anyone or for creating adult, violent or hateful content.
What you can’t make or upload
You may not use NoScrubsVideo to create, upload or share:
1. Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive material. 2. Violence or gore: graphic violence, injury or self-harm, or content that promotes it. 3. Hate or harassment: content that attacks people for who they are, or that bullies, threatens or targets a person. 4. Content unsafe for children: any photo of a person under 18, and any sexual content involving minors, including AI-generated or synthetic material. We report it to the authorities. 5. Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, photos of celebrities or public figures, someone else’s photo without their permission, or videos meant to pass a person off as someone else or to show a real person doing or saying something they never did. 6. Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you don’t have the rights to, such as stills from films or music videos, and using a video to promote counterfeit or infringing goods.
Your photos and permission
Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed to appear in an AI video. Before you generate, you confirm that you have the right to use the photos. NoScrubsVideo does not swap one person’s face onto another person’s body or video: each dancer in your clip is the person from the photo you uploaded for that spot, and any extra dancer is an invented stranger.
How we check
There are no free-text prompts: the dance, the stage and the instructions to the video model are written by us, and you can only choose the photos.
Every photo is reviewed by our video provider before anything is rendered. The review rejects photos of public figures, people who look under 18 and photos where the face isn’t clear. The provider’s content-safety checks also run on the render, and a blocked render is refunded. We keep a record of every job, including its status, the review result, any error and its time, and the finished video stays in the account that made it. We look at these records and videos when someone reports a problem or when we see abuse.
The AI models we use
Videos are generated by ByteDance’s Seedance video models: Seedance 2.0 Fast (the Fast version) and Seedance 2.5 (the Premium version), accessed through APIMart. NoScrubsVideo is an independent product and is not made by or endorsed by ByteDance or APIMart.
AI-generated content
Every video is generated by AI. When you share one, label it as AI-generated wherever the platform has a label for it, and don’t present it as real footage.
Report a problem
If you see a video made with NoScrubsVideo that breaks this policy, or a photo of you was used without your permission, email support@noscrubsvideo.com with the link to the video or a screenshot, and say what is wrong. Tell us if you are the person in the video. We read every report.
What we do about it
If we find or are told about content that breaks this policy, we may delete the video, refuse to process photos, close the account, and keep or remove its remaining credits as the situation requires. We may refuse a refund for a video that broke these rules. We report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the authorities.
If you disagree
If we removed a video or closed your account and you think we got it wrong, email support@noscrubsvideo.com and explain. A person will look at it again and tell you the result.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
