Videos that fail return their credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; our Refund Policy explains the details.

Report a video or a photo
If you believe a video made with NoScrubsVideo uses your photo without permission, shows a minor or breaks our rules, email support@noscrubsvideo.com with a link or description. We review every report.
