NoScrubsVideo is an independent online tool that turns your photos into short AI-generated dance videos. NoScrubsVideo operates the website, your account and the storage and generation service behind it, and is responsible for the personal data described here.

Email address: used to sign you in with a one-time code and to contact you about your account. We don't ask for your name, and we don't use passwords.

Photos you upload: the 1 to 3 photos a video needs.

Generated videos: the videos made from your photos, and basic records about each one (template, status, date and the credits it used).

Payments: when you buy credits, Waffo handles the payment as the merchant of record. We receive the order status, amount, currency and Waffo's order reference. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Device and network data: your IP address, browser type and a random device identifier, used to keep the service secure, stop abuse and run Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check on the sign-in form.

Analytics: basic usage events such as page views and steps completed (for example, upload finished or video ready), described below.

We use this information to sign you in, make the videos you ask for, store them in your account, add purchased credits, refund credits when a video fails, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which parts of the site work so we can improve it. We don't use your photos or videos for advertising, examples or marketing, and we don't use them to train AI models.

Your photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 object storage. They aren't public and aren't shown to other users.

To make a video, we send your photos to our AI video provider, APIMart, which runs ByteDance Seedance video models. APIMart first reviews the photos under its content rules and then renders the video. To keep hair and headwear accurate, a vision model available through APIMart also writes a one-line text description of each person's hairstyle and headwear; that text goes into the render instructions. Your photos are sent to APIMart only to review them and make your video.

The finished video is copied to our private storage and is available only in your account.

People in the photos can be recognized in the result. Generated videos are AI recreations, may be imperfect and are not statements by the people shown.

We share personal data only with the service providers that run NoScrubsVideo for us, only as far as each one needs:

Cloudflare: hosting, storage (R2), security and Turnstile. APIMart: photo review and video generation, as described above. Waffo: payment processing, as the merchant of record for credit packs. Resend: sending sign-in codes and account emails. Google Analytics: usage statistics, without photos, videos or email addresses.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We don't sell or rent your personal data.

Uploaded photos: deleted from our storage automatically about 30 days after you start the video. A daily cleanup removes photos once their video has finished or failed and is 30 days old.

Copies held by our video provider: APIMart keeps the copies it receives for review and rendering under its own retention practices. We don't currently remove them automatically; email us if you'd like us to request their deletion.

Generated videos: kept in your account for as long as it exists, so you can download them again. They aren't deleted automatically. Email support@noscrubsvideo.com from the address on your account to have specific videos, or all of them, deleted sooner.

Account, payment and credit records: kept while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize them, except for limited records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or open disputes.

Connections are encrypted, storage is private, and access to user data is limited to what's needed to run and support the service. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at support@noscrubsvideo.com if you notice anything suspicious.

We use a sign-in cookie, a few preference settings and a device identifier, as listed in our Cookie Policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which steps of the site work. It receives page views and simple events such as "upload complete", "checkout started" or "video ready". It never receives your photos, your videos, links to your videos, your email address or payment references. Google Analytics 4 doesn't log or store IP addresses.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@noscrubsvideo.com from the address on your account so we can confirm the request is yours. We reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

NoScrubsVideo is for adults aged 18 or over. Don't use the service if you are under 18, and never upload photos of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor's photos or data are on NoScrubsVideo, contact us and we will delete them.

Our providers run services in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. When that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
