Videos that fail: automatic credit refund
A video uses the credits shown before you press Generate. If your photos are rejected by the video provider's review, or the render fails or times out for any reason, those credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us, and you can use them right away for another try.
Unused credit packs: refund within 7 days
You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as none of the credits from that pack have been used. Email support@noscrubsvideo.com from the address on your account with the date and amount of the purchase. When the refund is issued, the pack's credits are removed from your balance.
Used credits
Credits spent on a video that was delivered aren't refundable, including when you don't like how the video turned out. The exception is a technical failure on our side, such as a corrupted file or a video that was charged but never delivered: tell us and we'll return the credits or refund the payment.
Free and promotional credits
Credits we give for free, for example in a promotion, have no cash value, can't be refunded and may expire as shown in your credit history.
How cash refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back through Waffo to the card or payment method you paid with, usually within 14 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or a chargeback with your bank; most problems are solved quickly by email. When a payment is disputed or reversed, the credits from that purchase are removed, and we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.
Questions and requests
Email support@noscrubsvideo.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 2 business days.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.
