Terms of Service

NoScrubsVideo is an independent AI video tool. You choose a Solo or Trio video, upload the photos it asks for, and receive a short, vertical AI-generated dance video that you can download. Making a video uses credits; the cost is shown before you start.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One person per account; keep access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to turn their photo into an AI video. Don't upload photos of:

- anyone under 18; - celebrities, public figures or anyone else you don't have permission to use; - photos you don't have the right to use.

By uploading, you confirm you have these rights and permissions. Our video provider reviews every photo and may reject it.

Don't use NoScrubsVideo to create or share content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, illegal or deceptive, including videos meant to impersonate someone, mislead people about what a real person said or did, or pass the video off as real footage. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or reviews. We may refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these rules. Every video is generated by AI. It is a stylized recreation, not real footage, and it may contain errors or artifacts. It won't exactly reproduce any existing music video or performance.

When you share a video, label it as AI-generated wherever the platform requires it (for example, TikTok's AI-generated content label), and don't present it as real.

Videos are silent. If you post a video or add audio to it, for example through TikTok's "Add sound", you are responsible for having the right to use it and for following the platform's rules.

NoScrubsVideo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TLC, TikTok, any record label, or the artists and creators behind the trend that inspired it.

You keep the rights you have in your photos and give us a limited permission to store and process them, and to send them to our providers, only to run the service for you. Subject to these terms and the rights of the people shown, you may download, keep and share the videos generated for your account for personal, non-commercial use. The NoScrubsVideo name, site, templates and design remain ours.

Credits are sold in one-time packs. Waffo is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, and your purchase is also subject to Waffo's buyer terms shown at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchased credits don't expire. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically. Refunds of credit packs follow our Refund Policy. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, the credits from that purchase are removed and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that every photo will be accepted, that every render will succeed, or that a video will look a particular way. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the extent the law allows, NoScrubsVideo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of photos you uploaded without permission, or because of how you used or shared a video, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

You can stop using NoScrubsVideo at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@noscrubsvideo.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of NoScrubsVideo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, please email support@noscrubsvideo.com so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
