What the clips look like
In the clips this site makes, a dancer performs a fast-cut routine in a cool silver metal studio: low camera angles, quick hard cuts, a face close-up and two shots of the lead standing on a silver swing, one from the front and one from above. Other tools and other posts in the trend look different, because there is no single official version.
Every shot is generated. The dancers are AI renderings of the people in the photos, which is why small glitches in hands or in the swing can still appear.
How people join in
Instead of learning the dance, you upload a clear photo of yourself, or photos of two friends, to a generator and download the result. On this site, Solo takes one photo and puts you in the center; Trio takes two or three photos and puts your friends in the other spots. Then you post the MP4 on TikTok or Reels and, if you like, add the trend sound inside the app.
Making a video from your own photos costs credits here; there is no free custom video. The step-by-step guide covers the photos, the price and the download.
What it is not
“No Scrubs” is a 1999 song by TLC. The AI trend borrows the name; the clips are not footage from the song's music video, and this site is not affiliated with TLC or the song's owners.
It is also not a filter. A filter changes video you record; here the whole clip is generated from a photo. The filter guide explains the difference.
Where it started
We can't point to a verified first post, creator or date for the trend, so we don't name one. If you see a precise origin story elsewhere, check that it links to the original post.
